About the event
PghMahjCorner and Apropos are teaming up to bring you Mahj 101. This is our introductory crash course to learn all the basics to your newest obsession. Students will learn the rules of American Mahjong, Tile Suits, the National Mahjong League Card , the Charleston, Rules of Play, and dive into an actual game! If you have the 2025 National Mahjong League card, bring it with you. We will have extras on hand for those who do not own one.
The shop will be open for you to shop before or after the class. In addition to all of their incredible lines of dishes, home accessories, gifts & more, they have brought our favorite line Oh My Mahjong to their storefront for you to purchase.
